Your data platform,
built to the high standard
you were promised.

Data engineering, applied AI, and analytics for US companies, built by senior engineers in Monterrey working US hours. No account managers. No bench. The people who scope the work are the people who ship it.

What we do

Three core services. Each one ends with something running in your account that your team can maintain.

  • Data engineering

You end up with a data platform your team can run without us: modeled, tested, monitored, documented, and deployed through a pipeline anyone on the team can read.

    • Infrastructure defined in code
    • A modeled warehouse
    • Ingestion and transformation
  • AI and machine learning

You end up with business users asking questions in plain language and getting answers that are right — because the model queries a governed set of metric definitions instead of guessing at your raw tables.

    • Conversational analytics
    • Agentic workflows
    • Coding agents grounded in your codebase
  • Analytics and decision products

You end up with the metrics, analysis, and data products that turn a platform into decisions — delivered into whatever BI tool you already run.

    • Metric definitions
    • Analysis that answers a specific question
    • Experimentation

Two ways to start small

Neither of these needs you to trust us with a platform rebuild first.

Platform cost optimization

We read your warehouse and cloud bill, find what you are paying for and not using, and tell you what to change and what it saves. The finding is measurable, which means so are we.

Why the economics work, and why the clock does

We are in Monterrey, and we cover 07:00 to 19:00. Mexico stopped changing its clocks in 2022, so we sit on UTC−6 every day of the year — which puts 8 hours in common with a nine-to-five in every mainland US time zone, in both halves of the year. Your morning is our morning. Questions get answered inside your working day rather than waiting overnight for a handoff to another continent.

The cost difference against a comparable US firm is real, and it comes from structure rather than from paying people less. There is no account management layer between you and the engineers, no bench being billed to your project, and no partner margin sitting on work done by someone three years out of school. You are paying senior people to do the work, and that is very close to all you are paying for.

Our coverage window in your local time. US daylight saving runs roughly mid-March to early November. That is 8 hours in common with a nine-to-five, in every zone, in every month of the year.

Where our engineers have done this before

Work our engineers led before Lytica — some in-house, some delivered to clients through a previous employer. We list it as experience, not as Lytica client work, because that is what it is.

  • A Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods manufacturer

Proposed and led the rearchitecture of two core data systems.

The first ran 93% faster at 58% lower cost. The second cost 65% less and ran 47% faster.

  • A Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods manufacturer

Led a cost reduction programme across the data platform — remodelled the warehouse, rearchitected the systems around it, and changed how storage and compute were paid for.

Took more than 20% off total cloud spend.

  • An industrial AI company serving manufacturing clients

Migrated on-premise ETL to Azure and rebuilt the pipelines feeding model training, then built the inventory system that told clients what material was available to plan production against.

Pipeline run times fell 53% on average, and up to 87%.

How an engagement runs

The same shape every time, whatever the service.

  1. A scoping call

Thirty to sixty minutes with the engineer who would do the work, not a salesperson. You leave knowing whether we are the right firm, including when the answer is no.

  2. Access and a written read

We get into your systems and read them directly. You get a written assessment of what is there and what we would do first, before you have committed to a build.

  3. Something working, inside a month

The first real deliverable reaches your environment — tested, monitored, and deployed the way everything after it will be. Not a slide, and not a prototype.

  4. Two-week cycles, and a handover from day one

Every cycle ends with working software and a written summary. Documentation and runbooks are written as we go, so the handover is not an event we have to schedule.
